How to cancel renewals

You can easily cancel automated renewals at anytime. As well, you can easily re-activate renewals on a subscription that is expiring.

We thank you so much for helping support the community. If you are sure you want to cancel or simply rather pay manually each renewal term, follow these steps to turn off automated renewals:

1. Go to your Manage Purchases
2. Click on the Purchase you want to cancel.
3. Click the button that says Remove Renewals.
4. Thats it!

To turn back on renewals (if eligible) is in the same area.

You can also manually renew early whenever you want by clicking the Renew Now button.
